We offer infinity corrected optics on the Continu microscope. This results in brilliant visual images and superb signal-to-noise. Infinity correction transmits light in the form of a collimated beam rather than the focused beams used by other infrared microscopes. Using a collimated beam greatly minimizes spherical aberrations and provides a flat field of view at the sample, giving you an exceptionally clear image.
A high-sensitivity detector makes the Continu an excellent tool for measuring samples at the 10 um dimension.
