Single Reflectance HATR for FTIR

一般傳統的多次反射式HATR要求樣品必須要與Crystal緊密的結合,同時其吸收值不可太高,才能測得一個良好的光譜圖,但是在講求效率精確的今天,研究者及企業必須同時面對各種不同的樣品,成品亦是中間產物,這些有時無法對樣品做前處理,亦是必須直接作成品品質分析時,傳統的多次反射式HATR便無法解決這些問題

單點單次高壓反射式HATR即可解決這些問題,利用Crystal本身抗磨損的特性,直接將樣品放在Crystal上面,樣品不須再經過任何處理,便可直接加壓,壓力可至10 lbs,使樣品跟crystal緊密的接觸,其接觸面積只有1.6 mm,並具有Purge 裝置,可消除空氣中CO2及H2O的干擾,得到一個正確的IR光譜圖
